Plan Commission
The Plan Commission is a board of 7 members appointed by the Village Board. They meet the second Monday of the month, at 6:30 PM in the Board Room at the Village Hall. The Plan Commission is involved with the master plan for the physical development of the municipality and makes recommendations to the Village Board related to that plan and on the location and architectural design of buildings and other projects. The Commission also reviews and makes recommendations on rezoning requests, annexations of land, subdivision plats, zoning ordinances, text amendment, certified survey maps and conditional use requests.
