Absentee Ballots
Attention Absentee Ballot Voters! The look of the envelopes has changed but the process remains the same. there are clear instructions included for voting and returning your Absentee Ballot. Absentee Ballots may be returned to our office by mail or in-person. All Absentee Ballots MUST be returned by 8:00 pm on Election Day to be counted.
Also, remember to sign and date your Absentee Ballot envelope in the yellow, highlighted area AND to have your WITNESS SIGN AND INCLUDE THEIR ADDRESS in the yellow, highlighted areas. Failure to do so may result in your ballot not being accepted.
All requests for an Absentee Ballot must be in writing by the elector. If you are registered you may request an absentee ballot at MyVoteWI or use the paper form available here - Application for Absentee Ballot. Complete the form and return it to Village Clerk's Office, 2015 Energy Dr., East Troy, WI 53120. The application must be received no later than 5:00 PM on the Thursday before the election in order for an absentee ballot to be mailed to you.
