Court - East Troy, WI

The Clerk of Courts office is located at 2015 Energy Dr. at the North Entrance.

Office Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday (no court), & Thursday - 8am to 4pm. Wednesday (court days) 11am to 7pm.

The Village of East Troy holds Municipal Court on selected Wednesday evenings with the Honorable Judge Michael P. Cotter presiding (see Calendar of Events).

Citation Payment

1. By Credit or Debit Card: Call All Paid at 888-604-7888 (24 hours) or PAY ONLINE. Use Pay Location Code: 6401. Please be advised that there will be a service fee assessed - 3.5% for Internet payments (min. $3.50) and 4.75% for Phone payments (min. $5.00).

Please note that payments cannot be made at the Police Department.

2. In Person: During Office Hours. The entrance for Court is located on the North side of the Municipal Building.

3. After Office Hours: Drop box (collected daily) located at Court entrance. No cash please.

4. By Mail: Village of East Troy, Attn: Court, 2015 Energy Dr., East Troy, WI 53120.
